If you wish to cancel your Jurny account you have two options to do it:
Stop using the app: You can simply discontinue using the Jurny app, and your account will remain active.
Deactivate your account: To formally deactivate your account, reach out to our dispatch team via phone, and they will assist you in the deactivation process. Once your account is deactivated, you will no longer receive notifications or updates from Jurny.
Please remember that if you decide to use Jurny’s services again in the future, you may need to reactivate your account by calling dispatch team, if you will choose option number two.
