If AAR client fails to pay their fare part, please contact Jurny Dispatch immediately for assistance. To avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend that you collect the cash portion of the fare from AAR clients at the beginning of the trip. This helps to ensure that the transaction is completed successfully and eliminates the possibility of non-payment.

โ—Important: Please note that not all clients are required to pay the cash portion of their fare, and some clients may need to pay more than the standard amount of $2.75. Before requesting payment, please check the Jurny app notes for each client for any specific instructions or exceptions.
