There are two ways to upload the necessary documents to start working with Jurny. The first method is to complete the upload process directly through the app by following these steps:
Open Jurny Driver app
Navigate to settings tab
Tap on Licenses
And than tap on Driver License
Press on Upload Image
Add picture either from camera or from your photo library. Please make sure that picture is in good quality, and document if clearly visible to speed up the process of review and approval.
Repeat steps 4-6 for TLC License, SSN and Drug Test.
After all documents are submitted, please allow us up to 24 hours to review it. If something will be missing, our onboarding team will reach out to you.
The second method is to send all necessary documents directly to our support team at [email protected].
Required documents to complete registration are:
Valid driver's license
Valid TLC license
Social Security number (SSN) picture
Federal Drug Test (if available)
After sending an email with all documents, please allow our team up to 24 hours to review it and get back to you if anything else is needed.
