Passing inspection in the Jurny Driver app is crucial for ensuring you can continue working as a driver. The photo inspection process is designed to ensure the safety and reliability of both drivers and passengers. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps you need to take to successfully pass inspection and get on the road.

Inspection is usually made to check your vehicle's state or documents, so no need to worry.

How to find Inspections:

In the Jurny Driver app, there are two primary ways to access the inspection process: through "Mandatory Actions" or via "Photo inspection" button in the Account page.

In there you will be able to select an inspection that needs to be passed, it will be the first one and will have "Pass the check" written on it.

In it there will be a list of things that needs to be photographed.

Then, you will see the screen with an example, that will help you understand what you should photograph.

Next step will be taking pictures. Please pay attention to the description, and take a picture from the same angle that was shown on the example screen, so you can take the right photo on the first try.

After photos are taken, it's possible to redo them before sending the inspection for review, by pressing the "Reshoot" button.

If everything is okay - press "Send" to send for review.

Once this information has been provided, Jurny will review your inspection and approve it within 1 business day.

In case the inspection is rejected - you will receive a new inspection. You can check the rejected one to see what exactly was wrong and why, there will be a comment on the rejected pictures. Please make sure to do everything right on the first try.
